When asked what I like best about Covenant Christian School, the word family is the first thing that comes to mind. I cannot list the number of ways I have been blessed over the years by students, parents, administrators, staff, and my fellow teachers. I thank God daily that I have the rare privilege of being a member of three families, my biological family, my church family and my school family. I first joined the Covenant family in the fall of 1993 when my oldest son began kindergarten. The following year I began teaching in the secondary school. My sons, Aaron (class of 2006) and Travis (class of 2008), attended Covenant their entire school career. I firmly believe the family at Covenant helped shape them into the godly and successful young men they are today.

I can see the Lord's hand in my life as He prepared me to teach at Covenant. From my own early elementary experience in a parochial school, to my decision to accept Christ as my Savior my senior year in high school, to His guiding me towards my choice of computer as my major, to bringing my husband into my life which led me to Conroe, to friends in my life who worked at Covenant, God's providential hand led me to one of the biggest blessings in my life, teaching at CCS. I am not worthy of this calling but am blessed everyday by the staff and students at Covenant Christian School.
