ADMISSIONS | TUITION & FEE SCHEDULE
Each year, the Covenant Board of Trustees reviews the tuition and fee schedule as part of the normal budgetary process. The goal is to establish a tuition and fee schedule that covers projected expenses necessary to operate the school the following school year. At the same time, the Board strives to be sensitive to families who must sacrifice in order to provide a Christian education for their children. The Board and Development Committee continuously seek alternative ways to generate revenue to keep tuition and fees as affordable as possible. It is our prayer that all who meet Covenant's admissions standards will be able to attend Covenant Christian School.
Families help maintain affordable tuition and fees by participating in the school's major fundraisers which are designed to broaden the school's financial base by including sources other than Covenant families. Covenant strives to make tuition assistance available to families who qualify, however, current families receive first priority. To find out more, please contact Covenant's Financial Office.
Covenant uses FACTS, a tuition collection service. Enrollment packets contain a link to FACTS where all families must complete a FACTS Agreement and select and set up monthly, semester, or pay-in-full payment of tuition and fees.
- If paying monthly, tuition and fees are paid through FACTS by electronic transfer on the 5th or the 20th of each month. The fee charged for the service is $45 per family by FACTS.
- If paying by semester, tuition and fees are paid through FACTS by electronic transfer on the 5th of August and the 5th of January. The fee charged for the service is $10 per family by FACTS.
- If paying in full, tuition and fees are paid through FACTS by electronic transfer on the 5th of June. There is no fee charged for the service.
Families who choose the 12-month payment plan must make the first payment in June. Those choosing to pay tuition and fees in full by June 1 will receive a 5% discount on tuition only. Enrollment packets will not be processed without a completed FACTS Agreement. Students who are accepted after the school year has begun will have their tuition prorated.
Covenant offers a multi-student tuition discount of 25% off tuition only for 3rd, 50% off tuition only for 4th, 75% off tuition only for any additional students.
Covenant Christian School offers tuition assistance to families with students enrolled in pre-k through grade 12 who demonstrate a financial need.
Covenant makes assistance available first to current families and depending upon the amount of funds remaining, applications for assistance from new families will be considered. Families must be accepted to the school, and new students must be enrolled prior to consideration for assistance. The Finance Committee will meet in May to review financial assistance applications from new families.
