Junior High and High School Athletic Forms Packets must be completed annually and turned into the Athletic Office prior to the first day of team practice.
User Fees: Billed Separately When Applicable
Athletic fee for Football 500.00 HS 400.00 JH
Athletic fee for Cross Country & Track 250.00 HS 150.00 JH
Athletic fee for Cheerleading 300.00 HS
Athletic fee for Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, Softball 300.00 HS 200.00 JH
