Dear CCS Family,
This week marks my one year anniversary of having the privilege of serving as your Elementary Principal. Every day I discover something else wonderful about our school that makes me smile.
In Philippians 4:19, Paul writes that "God will supply all your needs...". I am thrilled to say I have been able to witness this in abundance over the summer.
God has met our needs in a multitude of ways. One of those is by providing wonderful brothers and sisters In Christ to join our faculty and staff. Hearing their testimonies, seeing their obedience to God's calling on their lives and how He brought them to us, is indescribable. I hope that each of you has the opportunity to visit with each of them. I know you too will fall in love with their heart for The Lord and celebrate their addition to our family.
Our current faculty and staff continue to overwhelm me with their love and actions as the body of Christ. Time and time again I have seen them pour out love for one another, for those they have just met, and for each of you by meeting needs of all varieties. Being behind the scenes allows me a unique opportunity to really see them in action. I celebrate daily my opportunity to work alongside these amazing believers.
You also have been a blessing by meeting our needs and sharing your love for The Lord. Many days I would arrive at work and be blessed by the sight of one of our parents seeing a need and meeting it. This has ranged from our campus being power washed or our signs being painted, to having a tech volunteer group put in countless hours on our equipment, and in the many other ways you have volunteered. For me, it was getting to watch Matthew 25 in person. You "clothed" our school, you "fed" us, and you cared for us. Thank you!
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this ministry, and for continuing to pray for our students and teachers. I am so excited for this upcoming school year.
I hope you have a wonderful last few days of summer and I look forward to seeing you soon.
Serving Him together,
