Who we are:
The Booster Club is comprised of parents whose children participate in Covenant Christian School athletics. Proceeds generated from Booster Club benefit the entire Athletic Department. If your child participates in any of the athletic programs at Covenant, you are a member of Booster Club. Covenant sports activities and events provide parents with a broad range of times to serve and also provide parents with multiple opportunities to use their gifts and talents to serve Covenant's Athletic Dapartment.
What we do:
The goal of Booster Club is to provide volunteer parental support and assistance to the Athletic Department and to students who participate in Covenant's various athletic teams throughout the year. Through Covenant's Athletic Department, Booster Club is responsible for:
- tickets and concessions sales
- hosting the coaches' hospitality room during Covenant tournament
- the sale of CCS apparel and merchandise
- hosting the annual Spring Athletic Banquet
- organizing meetings to discuss club matters
- providing encouragement gifts to Covenant teams competing at state play-off games
- providing support for other needs as they arise
Parents of children participating in team sports at Covenant will be required to work the concession stand and ticket booth during the sport season in which their child is participating. Sign-up sheets will be available at the first Booster Club meeting of the school year and also at the beginning of each sport season. We recommend parents sign up for specific times to serve, but parents will be assigned times if they choose not to sign up on their own.
Families may purchase a CougarPass for the school year which will allow all immiediate family members entrance into regular season home games. Passes will be made available throughout the school year beginning with Back-to-School Night.
